It isn't a "few" month's back when I wrote about opera 11.
opera 11.10 codename "barracuda" is all ready launched!
Brining new features like better "turbo" function, remember in 10 and 11, opera "turbo" used to make image quality low for faster web browsing on slow networks. In opera 11.10 however, they use a different method, instead of image "cutting" they make web pages smaller.
opera still uses there own rendering engine, why should they change? There engine is strong, fast and unique.
Over all the web browser I used, (Google Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari) opera has the best spell checker.
there interface is unique, in fact, when people say they "stole" Google Chromes interface, they are wrong!
opera was the first browser to put the tabs on top of the URL (if you don't trust me Google or bing or whatever it)
Firefox stole operas new layout with the red opera menu in the left corner... (Note: Firefox orange menu in left corner)
opera is the first browser to use "turbo" technology. opera is as fast as Google Chrome, and way faster than IE or Firefox.
HTML 5 is pretty good, web M and GEO location functions.
They now also support "extensions" like Chrome and Firefox.
overall this is the browser that will suite your needs
